VIEWINGS SERVICE

If you and your friends wish to view one or more of our properties please make arrangements with our office. We will be happy to take you round in one of our cars. We can also meet you at the property if that is more convenient.

LANDLORDS

We offer landlords a full management service for which we charge a fee of between 12.5%-15% of the total rent collected. The level of fee depends on various criteria including the number of properties a landlord wishes us to manage.

The Management Fee Includes:

Collection and remit of the rent received.

Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.

Deduct commission and other works.

Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors.

Carry out accompanied viewings during initial marketing period.

Initial marketing of the property(s) on our website and various portals.

 

Additional Non Optional Fees And Charges:

Erect board outside/on the property.

Additional marketing required if the property(s) has not let in the initial three month marketing period.

Arrange major repair/refurbishment projects i.e. replacement kitchen, bathroom, roofs etc.

Carry out accompanied viewings after initial marketing period.
